"My experience with Team Wellness Center in becoming independent has been truly rewarding...

...They helped me in getting started with becoming independent by first taking me to housing with reasonable prices. I chose the first apartment I saw, after looking at two other apartments. Ms. Williams was patient with me and that was a good feeling. It made me confident in myself that I knew what I was looking for after 4 years of living semi-independent. I then learned that my first month’s rent and security deposit would be paid for me and I was confident in being able to save some money. I also found out that Housing would buy what I need as far as furniture because I didn’t have any money for things like that. That made me feel even more confident in Team and myself in moving to independent living. They (Team people) moved me on January 23, 2012 and it was done smoothly by making two trips because I had a lot of items to move that I had accumulated in 4 years. The move was done in a professional way and I was very pleased. I am enjoying my new place and my new independence. Thank you ALL so much!"
