The Substance Use Disorders treatment program addresses the use and abuse of alcohol and other drugs (AOD). Our medical team of experts uses a variety of evidence-based practices to treat the whole person. While holding members accountable for their sobriety outside of the clinic.

Urine Drug Screening
- Completion of Michigan Secretary of State Substance Use Evaluation Form
- Referral for Psychiatric Evaluation to receive medication regime, if applicable
- Individual Therapy, if applicable
- Treatment Services are fee for services, not covered under the SUD Contract
3 Levels of Care

Highway Safety Seminar for the first time offenders – (6 hours)
- Multiple Session Series for the more serious offenders (8 hours)
- Multiple Session Series for the most serious offenders or sobriety court referrals (20 hours)
Opioid Addiction

Education about how treatment for opioid dependence
- Routine urine drug screening
- Patient Treatment Contract
- Treatment Participation is required 3 to 4 times a week
Intensive Outpatient Groups – Monday thru Thursday

Opioid Addiction Recovery Group Curriculum
- Mandatory Opioid Addiction Orientation Group Curriculum
- Individual Therapy, as needed
