Individual therapy involving one-on-one sessions between a therapist and patient. This therapy is used to address mental health issues such as anxiety, trauma, depression, or addiction. Team Wellness Center therapists provide safe and non-judgemental spaces to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, helping members identify their goals and challenges and develop coping skills to manage their symptoms.
Family therapy involves the whole family when addressing mental health and relationship issues. This type of therapy helps families who are struggling with communication problems, conflict, grief, and other challenges. The goal is to help family members understand each other’s perspectives, improve communication, and develop problem-solving skills. Family therapy can be helpful for families navigating life transitions like divorce, remarriage, or a loved one’s death or illness.
During group therapy, a therapist works with a group of patients with similar mental health issues. This therapy helps members feel less isolated and gain support from other members who are facing similar struggles. Group therapy can be effective in treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, addiction, and other mental health disorders. At Team Wellness Center, we offer various forms of group therapy, such as anger management groups and substance abuse support groups. Our goal is to provide a safe and confidential space for members to share their experiences, learn coping skills, and develop healthy relationships.
Team Wellness Center provides therapy to all patients, regardless of their ability to pay. For those without insurance, we offer a sliding fee scale based on income.
