Westland, MI (August 10, 2023) – Team Wellness Center will host a community health fair on Saturday, August 12th from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. The event will take place at the agency’s Westland clinic located at 34290 Ford Rd, Westland, MI 48185.
The event will feature free blood pressure screenings, glucose screenings, A1C testing and more. Health education information and resources will also be available.
“Our Westland clinic serves the cities of Westland, Garden City, Wayne, Livonia, and the greater Western Wayne County area.” said Michael Hunter, President of Team Wellness Center. “We are excited about hosting our first health fair at our newest location and about expanding primary care services to families in these communities.”
Attendees will learn about the primary care services available at Team Wellness Center. There will also be information provided on mental health programs, dental care, vision care, psychiatry, child/adolescent counseling, and substance abuse treatment.
