World AIDS Day

Team Wellness Center is partnering with the Wayne County Health Department to host its first World AIDS Day event on Monday, December 3rd.

The event will take place at our Primary Care & Dental Clinic, 3646 Mt. Elliott St. Detroit, MI 48207.

Join us to create awareness and increase understanding about HIV and AIDS.

Event will feature:

• HIV and STD presentations
• Free HIV testing will also be provided with results available on site
• Free STD Counseling
• Condom and Lubricant Distribution
• Prize Raffle
